DSLM-Chapter Six Translation – Vector Math

Hi Everyone:

This translation is from the sixth chapter in the DesignScript Language Manual, which can be found at DSLM  and is entitled; Vector Math. The first pass at translating was made on the Autodesk DesignScript Community Forum is linked as Vector Math…Code to Node. Below is what the DS Studio canvas looked like at that initial posting.

As mentioned, “Vector objects are not represented in the DesignScript window, as they are not geometric objects“. However they can represented by graphics similar to the way they are shown in the DSLM.

(c) dot product-represents the angle between two vectors
