Hi Everyone:

This is a one of one file translation entitled Solid Cylinder . The file Geometry.Solid.Cylinder.ByRadiusHeight.ds is located in the DesignScript Editor (DSE) Sample files.

Open the file Geometry.Solid.Cylinder.ByRadiusHeight.ds in the DS Editor, the resulting script is shown below.

There are a few errors that are being highlighted, again most likely caused by copying and pasting. Rather than “Create Cuboid“, it should be a Cylinder. The slight spelling error should read base and for StartPoint and StartRadius, substitute Radius and Height.

Open DS Studio, and paste the DSE script, Geometry.Solid.Cylinder.ByRadiusHeight.ds into a blank canvas.

After pasting the script and further commenting out the “(import(ProGeometry.dll)” script as highlighted above, one can have the option of running it as a Code Block of script, before the translation to Nodes takes place.

The red and yellow highlighted areas indicate the groupings of nodes according to their properties. Once satisfied that the translation is complete the “Node to Code” operation can take place.
